I implore you not to spin ahead, not to jump forward, but to sit back and take in the whole of the slowly-developing mini-epic story that comes out through this film.
If Matt and his classmates teach us anything, it’s that we can never predict the things in life that may motivate, inspire or connect with us.
And it teaches us to be open-minded and open to new developments, to live in the moment and make the most of each one.
More than anything, it shows us that kids will be kids and they’ll do as they please. Something we could all well remember.
